Fall Detection
Employing cutting-edge technologies and continuous updates that analyze falls based on real human incidents, the Belle X fall detection device distinguishes genuine falls from other movements, such as dropping the device. Equipped with four fall sensors—more than any other mPERS fall detection device—it offers precise sensitivity and heightened reliability.
Upon detecting a fall, the Belle X automatically initiates a call to our Central Station, facilitating rapid, two-way communication. Its advanced fall detection technology promptly alerts our Central Station, enabling emergency responders to assess the situation and locate the individual using GPS tracking. Even if the user is unconscious or unable to access the device's home button to call for help, the Libris medical alert device ensures assistance can be summoned while allowing our call center to evaluate the required level of support.
Caregiver Portal
The advanced Caregiver Mobile app enables caregivers to locate the Belle X device on demand. Caregivers can also audibly “ring” the device to help locate misplaced pendants.
In addition, caregivers can receive app notifications if the user presses the button or if a fall is detected. Caregivers can also view button press history and check the device battery level on demand.
The app enables users to check the device’s first motion of the day and set a target first motion time, along with tracking steps and setting a daily step goal.
