Atlas Security would like to welcome our NEW Client Care Team.
You might be asking, what is the Client Care Team?
Our Client Care team will be contacting existing customers to set up a Client Care visit. The visit consists of the following.
– update yard signs & stickers
– clean keypad(s)
– update call list (if needed)
– complete security certificate for insurance (if needed)
– complete security/fire alarm system review
– test system (siren, devices, communication, etc)
– inform client of new products/services (cellular, VK app, z-wave, cameras, fire, etc)
The Client Care representative will also be going to neighbors to inform them that they could hear the alarm siren going off due to onsite testing. While the Client Care representative is speaking with neighbors they can answer any questions regarding a new security system for their home.
This will be done with the same honesty & integrity that Atlas Security was built on over 50 years ago here in the Ozarks.
